By accessing or using MyCoffeeLogger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use MyCoffeeLogger.
Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials.
Acceptable Use: Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, post illegal content, attempt to hack or compromise the service, or use the service for spam or commercial purposes without permission.
Free Tier: Core features are free forever with limitations (friend feed, photos, favorite venues).
Premium: $3.99/month or $19.90/year for unlimited features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds handled per Stripe policy.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, logs, comments). By posting, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content to provide the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
MyCoffeeLogger, its logo, and all original content are owned by Skillege Oy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
MyCoffeeLogger is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of caffeine calculations. Consult healthcare professionals for medical advice regarding caffeine consumption.
Skillege Oy is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or health issues related to caffeine consumption. Use the app at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime from settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
